IT Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure the overall systems, infrastructure, and communications networks are in a good state and managed appropriately against the business needs.

* Define and recommend changes or projects to improve company system operations appropriate to the business needs.

* Manage and maintain IT budgets, dealing with technology upgrades and maintenance.

* Drive and lead projects to improve the businesses technology infrastructure.

* System Administration for all business software and operating systems.

* IT Systems and hardware support for day-to-day operations.

* Network & communication infrastructure.

* Maintain & improve the major incident plan for all critical applications within the organisation.

* Take responsibility for IT/Cybersecurity.

* Reporting of key metrics, risks and issues to senior management.

**Requirements:**

* High level of competency in IT management and technology.

* Experience delivering Projects within your department.

* Broadly experienced across general IT systems including Network Maintenance.

* Good communication.

* Understanding of business processes and use of technology in a multi-location environment would be ideal but not essential.

* Ability to work as an effective team member across the organisation.

* Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
