Select Lifestyles is a dedicated organization established by a team of professionals with extensive backgrounds in health services, local authorities, and independent care providers.

Our expertise primarily lies in the areas of Learning Disabilities and Mental Health, with significant experience in both corporate and service management roles.

We are currently seeking to expand our team by hiring 1 Night Support Worker for our 6-bed Residential Learning Disabilities service.

We are looking for compassionate Support Workers who can assist our clients in achieving greater independence in their daily lives.

These positions are both fulfilling and rewarding, involving a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at implementing personalized support plans tailored by Select Lifestyles.

Your role will be pivotal in empowering vulnerable individuals towards enhanced independence and community integration.

Your support will encompass all facets of daily living, including household tasks, meal preparation, financial management, engaging in recreational activities, and accompanying clients on outings.

All support plans are customized to meet the unique needs of each individual in a person-centered manner.
As a Night Support Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Implementing individualized support plans to help clients achieve their specific goals and aspirations.
- Delivering innovative and person-centered care on a 1-2-1 or 2-1-2 basis.

- Upholding our company value of enabling every Service User to live life to the fullest and as independently as possible.

- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of Daily Notes, Risk Assessments, Medication Administration Records, and Incident Reports.
- Collaborating with Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, Learning Disability Nurses, families, in-house teams, and other relevant agencies as necessary.
You will approach each day with Service Users as an opportunity to contribute positively to their goals and overall wellbeing. A Full UK Driving License (manual preferred) is essential for this role.
