We are seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to join our team at Clear Engineering Recruitment LTD in Central London. As a BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits, fault finding and repair of customer BMS and HVAC controls, and commissioning of small projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake PPM visits to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Fault find and repair BMS and HVAC controls to minimize downtime.
  • Commission small projects to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide detailed reports on onsite activities.
  • Participate in on-call support rota for reactive call outs.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Trend, Tridium, or Schneider EBO.
  • Electrical background and substantial experience in BMS and/or HVAC industry.
