We are actively seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to enhance our established Commercial team, which boasts over 35 years of industry experience.

In this role, you will be tasked with fostering relationships with both new and existing clients, ranging from individual sole traders to the managing directors of larger enterprises.

You will collaborate closely with the Senior Management team to meet strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to attract new clients and broaden our commercial insurance offerings.

• Build and sustain strong client relationships, identifying their specific insurance requirements and delivering tailored solutions.

• Assess client risk exposures and propose suitable insurance products and coverage limits to effectively mitigate risks.

• Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance underwriters to secure competitive quotes and coverage options for clients.

• Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and promptly address client inquiries or concerns.

• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging risks to provide proactive guidance and solutions to clients.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or personal lines.

• A proven history of meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding client service.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, client-oriented environment.

• Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., CII) are advantageous but not mandatory.

Main Duties (not limited to):

• Provide quotations across all Commercial product lines, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.

• Organize client meetings for new business and renewals.

• Primarily focus on sourcing new business while also assisting with mid-term adjustments, issuance, and renewals.

• Engage with insurers and underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for premiums and coverage.

• Collaborate with insurers and underwriters regarding terms and endorsements.

• Emphasize sales, customer service, and teamwork.

• Work towards targets and deadlines.

• Network and prospect within the area.

• Comprehensive training and ongoing development are provided.
