Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Manage the safe delivery of Groundwork and Civils Projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Manage all health and safety issues related to the project, implementing safe working practices and procedures.
  • Site Management: Monitor attendance and timekeeping, maintain records, and ensure the site is well-organized and efficient.
  • Material Management: Manage material orders and call-offs to ensure timely delivery of materials required to meet project requirements.
  • Documentation: Ensure all relevant design and specification documentation is current and communicated to the onsite team.
  • Additional Work: Identify and manage additional work, ensuring it is incorporated into the project plan and budget.
  • Commercial Acumen: Appreciate and understand the commercial implications within the construction process, incorporating these into decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Civil Engineering sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certifications: SMSTS Certificate, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
