Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee catering operations, ensuring cleanliness and presentation of the café
  • Manage inventory, including placing orders and assisting with stock assessments
  • Support the General Manager in the efficient operation of campus outlets
  • Lead your team to deliver exceptional service to our customers during operational hours
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts
  • Conduct daily team briefings and support management with various tasks
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Inspire and guide your team, setting a positive example and providing necessary training
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and effectively handle any complaints
  • Prepare and serve hot food and beverages
  • Manage cash transactions, including till operations and cashing up
  • Occasionally assist at nearby locations as needed

Qualifications

  • Desirable experience as a team leader or supervisor in a hospitality setting
  • Barista experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Retail experience is beneficial
  • Willingness to adapt to varying shift patterns
