Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol parking areas to monitor ticket machines and issue Penalty Charge Notices as necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service to members of the public, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and diplomatic manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of parking regulations and procedures
Requirements:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Full driving licence and ability to drive a variety of vehicles
  • English and Maths GCSE grades 4/C or above, or equivalent
