Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet the required quality, time, and budget standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the mechanical HVAC industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
