In this pivotal role, you will oversee a significant project with a substantial budget. Your weekly travel will be to Cambridge from Northern Ireland, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the subcontractor procurement process effectively.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the project team.
  • Conduct regular commercial assessments.
  • Facilitate daily safety briefings to ensure compliance.
  • Guarantee that all work meets regulatory standards.

Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of contracts and tendering processes.
  • Experience with NEC contracts is essential.
  • Proven track record in construction project management.
  • Possession of a CSCS Card.
  • SMSTS Qualification is required.
