Job Title: Production Team Leader, Nights

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our team in our Warrington warehouse. As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all production targets are met, and that the team is working efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
* Work closely with the production team to ensure that all production targets are met
* Ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively
* Conduct safety checks on all equipment operated throughout the production process
* Monitor activities of workers during production
* Responsible for meeting quality assurance standards
* Maintain regular communication with interrelated departments, such as technical and engineering, to plan and execute production goals efficiently
* Ensure worker scheduling and attendance records are up to date

**Requirements:**

* Experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced FMCG environment
* Good understanding of HR policies that support behavioural and performance management of your team
* Ability to drive Gousto culture, team engagement and provide a sense of purpose to your team
* Computer literate - Google Sheets, MS Word
* Basic problem solving ability (RCA, 5Why's)

**Qualifications:**

* Level 2 food safety training
