Your Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest brand standards.
  • Supporting hotel operations by providing guests with an exceptional experience in immaculate surroundings.
  • Leading and motivating the housekeeping team, fostering an environment that encourages personal expression and professional growth.
  • Training and guiding your team to uphold our rigorous cleanliness standards.
  • Overseeing the cleaning and upkeep of all guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Collaborating with the Head Housekeeper to enhance our partnership with external housekeeping services.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • A keen eye for detail, capable of identifying any lapses in cleanliness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, making you approachable and a source of motivation for your team.
  • Familiarity with front desk operating systems, such as Micros Fidelio Opera, is advantageous.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • A collaborative spirit, ready to contribute to a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to embrace new ideas.
