About the Role

Pulse Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Haematology/Oncology Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Staff Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high standards of specialist care to patients with blood disorders and cancer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet their needs.
  • Care Delivery: Deliver high-quality care to patients, including administering Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatments (SACT), stem cell administration, and other new anti-cancer treatments.
  • Evaluation: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A valid UK NMC pin and a degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an acute nursing environment within a hospital setting, with a focus on haematology or oncology.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
