Job Title: Children's Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Care Worker to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Children's Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and complex needs.

About the Role:

As a Children's Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Encourage and facilitate residents' participation in activities, such as education, leisure, and social events
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' behavior, health, or well-being
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists, teachers, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full driving license and the right to work in the UK
