We are pleased to present a remarkable opportunity for a driven Inventory and Systems Operations Manager within our organization. This position is designed for proactive, adaptable, and dedicated professionals eager to enhance their career in the logistics sector.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 in a rotating schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing patterns that negatively influence stock management and their effects on our customer-centric values.
• Developing effective strategies and proposals to address these challenges.
• Conducting thorough checks across all sections of the Distribution Centre to assess operational efficiency and pinpoint potential risk areas.
• Offering support, solutions, and tailored training to the Site management team as necessary.
• Preparing, executing, and resolving discrepancies in Stock Counts / Uplifts, which includes validating submitted count data for accuracy and collaborating with Customer audit teams.
• Engaging directly with clients to clarify and resolve issues related to stock levels, documentation, and supplier payments.
• Compiling and distributing weekly and periodic reports that detail findings and audits performed.
• Achieving and surpassing operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Inspiring and guiding a team of Inventory Clerks.
Required Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a distribution center environment is essential.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Access.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, such as Matflo.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet established deadlines.
• Exceptional team-building, leadership, and motivational capabilities.
