About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retail company as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that the store is always fully stocked and ready for customers.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Retail Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the retail industry, including sales strategies, customer service, and store operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions, with a focus on improving sales and customer satisfaction.
