Job Description:

Broadleaf Timber is a leading British manufacturer and retailer of high-quality real wood floors. As a family-owned business, we have built a reputation for excellence over the last 20 years.

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in our Lincoln showroom. As a Sales Consultant, you will be a key ambassador for our brand, responsible for guiding customers to the perfect product for their needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to both trade and retail customers
  • Assisting customers with product information and advice
  • Preparing quotes and invoices
  • Arranging delivery and aftersales customer care
  • Supporting showroom managers with showroom presentation and local marketing initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Good keyboard skills and experience with email and basic Microsoft Office
  • Previous sales or customer service experience, particularly in a showroom environment
  • A passion for interior design or renovation
