- Provide exemplary service to clients to drive positive feedback scores, ensuring that service activities are directed to the appropriate contact points while promoting self-service and digital solutions.
- Engage in internal training sessions and workshops to enhance your understanding of banking products, financial analysis, and relationship management techniques.
- Continuously develop and maintain industry knowledge relevant to your portfolio, contributing to team initiatives within the sector.
- Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management, on areas of functional and cross-functional impact and alignment.
- Assess and mitigate risks to support the control and governance framework.
- Exhibit leadership and accountability in managing risks and enhancing controls related to your team's operations.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of organizational functions to aid in achieving business objectives.
