About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a Weekend Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing a range of treatments, and selling products from our retail offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a relaxing experience for guests, whether they are hotel guests or on a spa break
  • Deliver a variety of treatments and advise on the best products for guests
  • Sell products from our retail offer and upsell or book guests in for additional or further treatments
  • Attend regular training with our Elemis Ambassadors to perfect your skills

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, but not essential
  • Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus
