The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Assistant to join our team at St Teresa's, a single-storey home for 27 adults with physical disabilities. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, welcoming and safe environment for our residents, visitors and staff.

Your Responsibilities

  • Carry out general cleaning duties throughout the home, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.
  • Utilize appropriate materials and equipment in accordance with COSHH guidelines.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including weekends on a rota basis and covering sickness and holidays as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience of cleaning work (in a commercial environment is desirable).
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing needs.
