About the Role

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Back of House team at Nando's Cheltenham. As a Team Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals to Nando's standards, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
  • Set up, maintain, and close down workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Participate in deep cleaning to maintain Nando's high standards.
  • Adhere to fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.
