Thriving Tax Team Seeks Experienced Senior
We are a dynamic regional firm of accountants in Coventry seeking a talented Tax Senior to join our welcoming team.
To be successful, you will be ACA/ACCA/CA or CTA qualified with experience working in accountancy practice in a tax-focused role. You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is keen to propel their career to the next level or for accountants already working at senior level who are eager for a fresh challenge or to become more tax focused in their day-to-day work.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a main point of contact for clients in relation to personal tax compliance and advice.
- Provide income tax support.
- Experience in computation and review of IHT, Corporation Tax, VAT, and Capital Gains Tax calculations is desirable but not essential.
- Oversee a portfolio of varied clients including Limited companies, Sole Traders, Partnerships, and LLPs.
- Communicate effectively with points of contact for the portfolio; build strong client relationships.
- Support the Tax Managers as required.
- Review work completed by junior members of the team.
- Offer learning and development opportunities as a mentor to junior staff.
