Clark Wood is seeking a highly skilled Personal Tax Senior to join their Coventry office.

This role offers the opportunity to build on and share your existing personal tax knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. As a Personal Tax Senior, you will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients and will take full ownership of all areas of personal tax compliance.
  2. You will identify potential tax planning strategies to assist clients in paying the correct amount of tax.
  3. A strong in-depth knowledge of personal tax, including sole traders and partnerships, trusts and estates, capital gains, residence and domicile issues is essential.
  4. You will provide guidance to more junior tax staff members and contribute to corporation tax reviews and advisory/project work.

Requirements:

  • ATT qualified with a minimum of three years practical experience in a personal tax role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Desirable:

Experience with Iris Personal Tax software.
