We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to our senior executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting high-level executives, with a strong background in investment or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Representing Senior Executives: Represent our senior executives with utmost professionalism, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, handling sensitive information with care.
  • Travel Arrangements: Manage complex travel arrangements, ensuring that our executives arrive at their destinations safely and on time.
  • Calendar Scheduling: Oversee calendar schedules, ensuring that our executives' time is managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Expense Reports: Handle expense reports, ensuring that all expenses are accurately recorded and reimbursed in a timely manner.
  • Presentations: Craft and refine PowerPoint presentations, ensuring that they are visually appealing and effective in communicating our executives' messages.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in an investment or financial services environment.
  • Education: A solid academic background, with a clear and deliberate career progression.
  • Skills: Proven track record in supporting high-level executives, with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in investment firms is strongly preferred.
