**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveyor and Geomatics Specialist to join our team at SmartPro. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting topographical and measured building surveys, creating 3D point cloud models, and monitoring and performing setting out tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct topographical and measured building surveys to produce accurate and detailed survey drawings.
  • Develop 3D point cloud models to visualize and analyze survey data.
  • Monitor and perform setting out tasks for various construction and residential projects.
  • Operate GPS and other surveying equipment to collect and process survey data.
  • Collaborate with clients and the team to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Travel to different sites as required to conduct surveys and monitor projects.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualification in surveying or a related field (preferred but not essential).
  • Proficiency in CAD and surveying software.
  • Valid driver's license.
