About the Role


As a Senior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be the face of our company and will be expected to maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, including handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems.
