About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team at German Gymnasium. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our reception area is always welcoming and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day reception area, handling calls, enquiries, and reservations with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Support the Reception Management team in maintaining the highest standards of service and ensuring that all receptionists are performing to the best of their abilities.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and team members alike, setting a positive example for the rest of the team.
  • Contribute to the overall success and reputation of the restaurant by ensuring that all reception duties are carried out to the highest standards.
