Senior Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Senior Receptionist to join our team at Tate West End Temp. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of hospitality to every guest of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all reception services run smoothly and the front desk is manned at all times
  • Deliver exceptional levels of hospitality to every guest of the business
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors
  • Take ownership of weekly breakfast for the office - including ordering and displaying
  • Potential to take on Office Manager duties for a sister company of 12 staff and be the go-to person for any needs
  • Oversee the meeting room calendar and ensure all meeting rooms are set up correctly prior to usage
  • Help with PR duties as and when needed, including desk drops for Valentines Day, Easter etc.
  • Keep track of clients birthdays and maintain suppliers list
  • General office administrative duties including maintaining the stock room, stocking the weekly bar, doing the weekly shop
