Lead the Way in Guest Services

As a Guest Services Manager at Holiday Inn Derby Nottingham, you will be at the forefront of creating unforgettable stays for our guests. Reporting directly to the Business Excellence Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team based at our attractive hotel in Derby-Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive innovation in guest service, exceeding expectations and embracing change to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for every guest, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Lead by example, instilling trust in your team to deliver outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Maximise revenue and occupancy levels through effective sales strategies.

As a leader, you will inspire and empower our Guest Service team to represent our company values and culture, prioritising service excellence above all else. Through your guidance, you will foster a sales culture within our department, driving room and M&E sales while ensuring our guests receive the best of what we have to offer.
