Main Responsibilities- Oversee the efficient running of the workshop, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.
- Maintain and upgrade workshop machinery and tools to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Develop and implement a 'right first time' mentality among team members, promoting technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and training to staff, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex tasks and customer queries.
- Ensure accurate recording and invoicing, maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Lead by example, promoting good housekeeping and security practices within the workshop.
- Liaise with the Service department to ensure seamless communication with customers, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of workshop operations and management.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring staff.
