Catering Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve meals and drinks to customers, adhering to food hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively with customers, families, advocates, and staff to deliver exceptional service
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment, including the kitchen, communal areas, and customers' flats
- Identify and report potential hazards and faults on site to ensure a safe working environment
- Manage stock levels, restock as required, and ensure equipment is used in accordance with guidance notes
- Desirable: working knowledge and experience of general cleaning duties
- Some experience of working in a domestic/catering environment
- Level 2 diploma in housekeeping/catering, or willingness to work towards
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- A general understanding of health and safety in the workplace
