Logistics Coordinator

Hales Group Limited is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join their successful logistics team. The ideal candidate will have good IT skills, including an understanding of the SAPB1 system, as well as administration/time-management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage internal and external customer relationships to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Process orders and invoices for all customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Oversee and manage service levels to all customers, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the contracted haulier, ensuring smooth delivery and collection processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for invoicing queries, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Provide cover for the Warehouse Co-ordinator, including REVL orders, PPE orders, and tanker paperwork.
- Support the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisors with general office work and document production.

Salary: £25,000 per annum DOE
