About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with our product teams to create engaging marketing activity for all brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Activity Coordination: Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, seasonal newsletters, and direct mail.
- Email Marketing: Plan and create content for email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- PR and Advertising: Coordinate PR requests and image requirements, as well as manage brand campaigns with 3rd party suppliers.
- Brand Management: Manage branded items from artwork creation to print and distribution.
- Social Media: Assist with content creation for social media activity.
- Event Support: Provide support for the organization of events and trade shows/exhibitions.
- Administration: Assume a range of responsibilities for the production and coordination of all marketing activities, including day-to-day administration tasks.
Requirements:
- Education: Educated to at least A-level standard, ideally with a marketing qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with proven email marketing experience.
- Skills: Exceptional writing and proofing skills, with experience in sourcing and editing imagery. Strong organizational project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom).
What We Offer:
- Salary: £32,000 - £33,000
- Hybrid Working: Flexible working arrangements
