As a Surgical Services Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care within the operating theatre environment.

Salary
£34,130 to £43,730 per annum, complemented by an attractive benefits package.
Incentives
New team members may be eligible for a one-time financial incentive or support for relocation expenses, subject to conditions.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare by:
- Assisting surgical teams during various procedures, including local, regional, sedation, and general anaesthesia.
- Preparing and positioning patients as directed, ensuring proper handling of specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Facilitating patient readiness for clinical and surgical interventions, along with providing immediate post-operative care.
- Overseeing the clinical area in the absence of senior practitioners, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
- Collaborating effectively with team members across the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and supporting one another to achieve collective goals.
- Maintaining high standards of infection control by adhering to departmental policies regarding cleanliness, decontamination, and aseptic techniques.

Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A relevant qualification in Operating Department Practice or Anaesthetic Nursing.
