Infinite Talent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Transformation Project Manager to join a growing business in the West Midlands. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management from concept to completion, ensuring successful delivery and change management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Manage variance to ensure budget is not exceeded and report status through relevant programme management/steering groups.
- Utilise project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes, including risk management and mitigation.
- Proactively seek out and tackle any challenges that will prevent the delivery of business benefits in transformation projects.
- Prepare and present reports on project deployment effectiveness to senior leadership.
- Experienced in the commercial sector, having taken direction, and delivered business transformation programs that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and commercial success.
- Proven track record in delivering large (>£1m budget) multi-disciplinary projects from development, delivering change, and embedding into business as usual.
