About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on recruiter to join our team as an Embedded RPO Consultant. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment delivery of our newest embedded RPO client.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who is passionate about luxury hospitality and wants to take their career to the next level. You will have the chance to work with a high-profile client, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment delivery of our embedded RPO client, including sourcing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including client representatives and internal teams.
  • Utilize your expertise in hospitality recruitment to source high-quality candidates for managerial positions.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting top talent.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Location is open, with agile working arrangements (1 day on client site, 1 day in London).
