Position Overview

Employee Finder Ltd is currently seeking proficient technicians to join our esteemed manufacturing team. This role is essential in supporting our operations within a high-standard production environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Executing assembly and fitting tasks with precision, drawing from experience in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, or rail.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks and performance evaluations to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Interpreting technical documentation and working autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborating effectively with engineering, quality assurance, and testing teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintaining a keen eye for detail to self-assess work and prevent quality issues.
  • Familiarity with quality control checkpoints and procedural documentation.
Training and Development

Selected candidates will undergo a brief training program to equip them with the necessary skills for the role. The majority of the training will be conducted on-site.

Work Schedule

This position offers a structured workweek:

  • Monday to Thursday: 25 hours
  • Friday and Saturday: 50 hours
  • Sunday: No hours
