**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including annual accounts and management accounts
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bookkeeping and company tax returns
  • Assist with the preparation of VAT returns and other financial reports
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the finance team to achieve financial goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

  • Working towards a professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA or ICAS
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks and Xero, is preferred but not essential
