Office Angels is seeking a skilled Credit Director to oversee the flow of financial data in relation to customer orders. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify and address any irregularities. This is a full-time position with a salary of £23-25K, depending on experience. The role is fully remote, with an initial training period in Glasgow City Centre. Key responsibilities include controlling credit limits and payment terms, making commercial decisions, and running credit checks. The successful candidate will have confidence in having difficult conversations, patience in dealing with customers, and high volume call handling and inbox management skills. Previous experience in credit management, particularly in commercial client credit management, is essential. This is a senior appointment within the team, and the successful candidate will be expected to use their initiative and work in a position of trust.
