Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Office Manager to oversee our office operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring the smooth execution of daily business activities.
Your leadership will be crucial in driving company performance and guiding internal processes. You will work closely with global leaders to shape long-term strategies and foster growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in managing daily operations and implementing business strategies.
- Oversee client project execution, from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Enhance client relationships through effective performance metrics and retention strategies.
- Evaluate aviation needs, develop client partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage all business functions, including sales, procurement, and human resources.
- Execute strategic investments to support business objectives.
- Participate in training programs and receive mentorship from senior leaders.
- Collaborate with international teams on strategic initiatives and project management.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the aerospace or defense sectors is preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client engagements and industry events.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on inclusivity.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous and dynamic environments.
