Operations Support Role

Finlink Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Support professional to join our team. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure efficient completion of projects.
  • Validate and verify information to minimize disruptions and ensure accuracy.
  • Identify and address provider agency gaps to ensure seamless integration.
  • Set up and maintain provider registrations for existing users, new starters, and newly acquired firms.
