### Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our specialist dementia services and mental health initiatives in North Tyneside. As the Specialist Dementia Lead, you will provide strategic clinical and operational leadership to our team, working closely with key stakeholders to develop and deliver our Mental Health & Wellbeing in Later Life Strategy.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert clinical leadership to our specialist dementia services, ensuring high-quality, safe care delivery and innovative service development based on evidence-based practice.
* Work in partnership with Dementia UK and other key stakeholders to advance our mental health and wellbeing initiatives.
* Develop and deliver training programs, education, and research initiatives to support our staff and customers.
* Collaborate with our Senior Leadership Team to ensure positive outcomes for our customers and staff.
### Requirements
* Advanced specialist level clinical expertise in dementia and mental health.
* Proven track record of leadership and consultancy in a healthcare setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a rapidly changing context of care.
