About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and action plans
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring optimal stock range and availability
- Manage and control costs, ensuring strict cost and stock control
- Identify and explore opportunities to grow sales and improve customer engagement
What You'll Need
- Previous retail experience with roles such as Assistant Management or similar
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer engagement
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

About the Designate Role
In this role, you will support us by being willing to travel to a variety of stores locally around your base location based on demand. This will provide you with exposure and day-to-day variety, and will also help support future hiring needs. You won't travel forever; we want these roles to help support future hiring needs and soon you will be ready to jump into a specific store and progress within the business.
