About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercially astute and creative brand strategies across a variety of brands within assigned categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Lead the development of product lifecycles, including ideation, development, and product launches.
  • Oversee consumer communication initiatives to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create engaging and captivating marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor, review, and report on sales and marketing activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive strategic brand direction.
  • Liaise with category teams to drive brand growth through actionable insights.
  • Manage a growing team of passionate brand marketers.
  • Work closely with agencies to deliver high-quality marketing support.
Requirements
  • Experience in brand management or product marketing, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
  • Proven experience in retail/shopper marketing, with a track record of driving business growth.
