Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our ITU/HDU Unit at The Princess Grace Hospital in London. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department, providing expert knowledge and supporting junior nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ITU/HDU environment
- Lead and mentor junior nurses to develop their skills and confidence
- Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
- Participate in the Critical Care Outreach Team to enhance patient care and support staff
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse with NMC pin
- Extensive experience working within Critical Care
- Critical Care Course 60 Credits
- At least 1 year's experience in Spinal ITU (desirable)
