Job Title: UX Researcher

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-centered design solutions.
  • Analyze data from various sources, including Contentsquare and Google Analytics, to support research findings.
  • Develop and maintain Primark's customer and employee panel for research purposes.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders in analysis and synthesis.
  • Experience with inclusive research methods and the ability to advocate for inclusive practices.
  • Proficiency in a range of user research methods, including qualitative and quantitative techniques.
  • Understanding of the social context for Primark and the ability to align user research activities with business goals.
