Job Title: UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team at Primark. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our mobile app, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop intuitive and engaging interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design and development of our mobile app, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product teams, creative teams, and engineers to bring design concepts to life.
  • Research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
  • Present design output to stakeholders, including senior management, and advocate for user-centered design principles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our mobile app.
Requirements:
  • At least 4+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on mobile app UX/UI design.
  • Native app user interface experience, with a good understanding of front-end development and agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, as well as virtual whiteboarding tools like Miro or Mural.
  • Ability to produce design assets ready for development and create and update design systems and version control tools/processes.
  • Familiarity with agile processes and development languages such as HTML/CSS.
