Senior Lettings Negotiator

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our award-winning team at Crux Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing instructions to market, coordinating property viewings, and negotiating terms between landlords and tenants.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Undertake rental valuations and negotiate with landlords to secure instructions to market
* Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
* Liaise with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and recommend suitable properties to rent
* Negotiate terms between the landlord and tenants

**Requirements**

* Previous industry experience is essential with a minimum of 2 years
* Confident, outgoing, enthusiastic, and competitive
* Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach
* IT proficient, familiar with MS Office packages, and able to learn bespoke 'in-house' software packages without issue
* Full UK driving license
* Strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service
