Senior Lettings Negotiator Role Overview

GCB Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our client's close-knit team in Colchester. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for driving the business forward by offering excellent customer service, conducting rental valuations, and negotiating lets between landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive the business forward by offering exceptional customer service
* Conduct rental valuations and negotiate lets between landlords and tenants
* Deal with all applicant enquiries via phone and online portals
* Organise and attend viewings
* Update landlords on marketing of properties
* Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Lettings experience (At least 2 years)
* Valuing experience ideally
* Strong proven track record
* Team player
* Ambitious and highly driven
* Clean driving licence
