Plumbing Maintenance Specialist - ASM Global

We are looking for a dedicated Plumbing Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ASM Global. This role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing exceptional service to our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct maintenance on domestic hot and cold-water systems and sanitary installations.
  • Perform scheduled upkeep on Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems, including Gas Boilers.
  • Execute maintenance and inspections on Gas distribution networks and commercial appliances.
  • Oversee the maintenance of circulation pump sets, motorised valves, and pressurisation units.
  • Repair mechanical drive systems, including smoke extraction systems.
  • Maintain and test Fire Safety Equipment, particularly Sprinkler Systems.
  • Document maintenance and repair tasks using a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
  • Be prepared to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Travel to various venues as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
  • City and Guilds certification in Water Regulations & Unvented Hot Water Systems.
  • ACS Gas certification in Commercial Heating - Natural Gas Safety and Appliances.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Mechanical Maintenance within the Commercial and Industrial sectors.
  • Possession of a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and the capability to work independently or collaboratively.
