Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumbing Maintenance Technician to join our team at Fusion People Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing maintenance, NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, and Legionella Control (L8) certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine and non-routine maintenance of commercial plumbing systems
  • Fault finding and identification of life expired equipment
  • Check, repair, and make good faults and life expired equipment
  • Inspections, water sampling, and risk assessment
  • Mains water supply repairs
  • Minimise wastage and continually improve processes
  • Ensure statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating
  • Experience in plumbing maintenance
  • Legionella Control (L8) certification
  • Prison Security Clearance
